As the world eagerly anticipates the culinary landscape of tomorrow, Naplasol joins the Flanders Technology & Innovation festival. The festival becomes the epicenter of discourse surrounding the evolution of (food) technology and innovation and takes place in several cities in Flanders from 15th till 23rd March 2024. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage the future of food at The Restaurant curated by Olly Ceulenare (Publiek), Maxime Willems (Foodlab Proef!), and Tim Nowé (Sir Catering).
